The Aerospace Camp Experience (ACE) Support & Inclusion Counselor supports The Museum of Flight by providing direct, additional support to identified campers to facilitate a safe, fun, and successful Aerospace Camp Experience (ACE). This position is assigned to campers with specific health, social, or behavioral needs that warrant extra care and attention. Primary responsibilities of this position includes the execution of relevant themed programming emphasizing STEM subjects that include aviation, space, robotics, and beyond. This role works collaboratively with camp leadership to facilitate best camp outcomes. Success in this role requires an understanding and willingness to work with campers, such as those who are neuro-divergent and other diverse clientele. Good communication skills and timely responses to emerging needs to provide excellent customer service is essential.
