Acrisure is seeking a client advisor to support growth within our aerospace and aviation practice. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and delivering insurance and risk management solutions tailored to aviation related organizations. The client advisor will work closely with internal service teams and industry specialists to help aviation businesses identify risks, protect assets, and support long term operational success. Clients may include a wide range of aviation related organizations such as fixed base operators, maintenance and repair operations, corporate aviation programs, charter operations, aviation service providers, and other aviation related businesses.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a client facing, client advising, or business development role
  • Strong relationship building and consultative sales skills
  • Ability to develop new business opportunities and maintain long term client relationships
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize pipeline activity effectively
  • Experience within the insurance industry is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with aviation related businesses or aviation operations is preferred but not required
  • Property and Casualty insurance license
  • Valid pilot’s license required

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients within the aerospace and aviation industry
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate revenue through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by developing strong client relationships and understanding each organization’s risk management and insurance needs
  • Present and recommend customized insurance and risk management solutions aligned with client operations
  • Collaborate with internal service teams, marketing partners, and technical specialists to develop proposals and deliver solutions across multiple lines of business
  • Utilize CRM platforms and internal sales tools to track opportunities, manage pipeline activity, and maintain accurate client records
  • Maintain awareness of aviation industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks that may impact clients
  • Represent Acrisure professionally within the aviation community and maintain strong external relationships within the industry
