About The Position

Your day, building flight-ready precision Picture this: you clock in, load up a Haas or DMG Mori, verify your zero, and start dialing in offsets. A blueprint with tight GD&T callouts guides your first piece inspection. You tweak a tool wear value, make a minor program edit, and the part comes off exactly to spec. Throughout the shift, you balance throughput with craftsmanship—measuring, documenting, and moving quality parts to the next operation. Where you’ll apply your craft Common platforms you may set up, operate, or program: Haas, DMG Mori, Okuma, Doosan, Hurco, Makino, Mori Seiki, Nakamura-Tome, Index, Hwacheon, Gildemeister, Puma, Tsugami, Star CNC, Citizen. Materials you’ll machine Aluminum Stainless steel Titanium Inconel and other aerospace alloys What success looks like Confidently set up and run CNC mills or lathes in a production aerospace environment. Read and interpret blueprints with GD&T, then translate them into accurate parts. Hold tight tolerances and verify work with in‑process inspections. Apply tool offsets and make minor program edits when needed. Consistently hit quality and throughput targets. About this opportunity TekPro is partnered with a leading aerospace machine shop offering a stable, growth‑oriented environment with long‑term career potential. If you’ve run any of the machines listed and love making precision parts that matter, we’d like to connect. Take the next step Apply directly or reach out to TekPro for more details.
