About The Position

The Aesthetician performs chemical peels, facials, and other spa services as required.

Responsibilities

• Performs professional skin care treatments which include but not limited to facials and chemical peels.
• Responds to inquiries, offers information on products and services, and resolves guest service issues in a timely and friendly manner.
• Answers phone calls and schedules appointments according to office guidelines.
• Assembles and maintains patient spa records as required by federal, state, and spa regulations.
• Verifies insurance coverage and obtains authorizations to support billing to third-party payers.
• Conducts all functions associated with patient check-out including pricing services, collecting payment and scheduling follow-up appointments.
• Balances cash receipts daily and turns in cash and receipt report to the Manager.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
