Aesthetician – Plastic Surgery Clinic
The Staff Pad has partnered with a healthcare organization in Helena, Montana to hire an Aesthetician for a Plastic Surgery Clinic. This role provides high-quality aesthetic treatments and skincare consultations while also supporting clinic operations. The position includes obtaining certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) within six months to assist providers with clinical tasks and enhance overall patient care.

Requirements

• State of Montana Aesthetician license (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
• 1–2 years of aesthetician experience preferred
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required within 6 months of hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic services including facials, exfoliation treatments, medical peels, microdermabrasion, and acne treatments
• Conduct skin consultations and develop personalized skincare programs
• Educate patients on treatments, aftercare, and skincare maintenance
• Assist with patient intake including vitals, medical history, and documentation
• Prepare exam rooms and assist providers with procedures as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic health record (EHR)
• Support clinic operations including scheduling, answering phones, and patient communication
• Manage inventory and order skincare products used for treatments
• Participate in marketing events, community outreach, and educational opportunities
