Requirements

State license or certification as an Aesthetician required
Strong knowledge of skincare techniques and products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in spa or hospitality setting preferred

Responsibilities

Perform facials, body treatments, and other aesthetic services according to spa protocols
Customize treatments based on guest needs and preferences
Provide product recommendations and educate guests on skincare routines
Maintain compliance with health, sanitation, and safety standards
Ensure proper sterilization of tools and cleanliness of treatment areas
Follow all state licensing requirements and spa policies
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain inventory of supplies
Track appointments and assist with scheduling as needed
Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
Greet guests warmly and explain treatment processes
Respond promptly to guest questions and concerns
Deliver exceptional service that reflects the luxury and hospitality of our brand
Attend meetings and complete required training sessions
Maintain regular attendance in conformance with standards
May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
Regularly lift up to 25 pounds, bend, crouch, kneel, push, pull, and walk
Stand for extended periods during shifts
