We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to grow and manage our affiliate publisher network. This is a revenue-driving role, not a traditional account management position. This role is responsible for recruiting new publishers, building strategic partnerships, and managing a portfolio of high-value affiliates that drive consistent revenue growth. The ideal candidate has an established network within the affiliate marketing ecosystem and a strong track record of sourcing and developing publisher relationships. This individual will play a key role in expanding our partner base while managing and scaling existing affiliates across multiple offers and campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who already has strong relationships within the affiliate ecosystem and wants to leverage those relationships to help grow a high-performing affiliate network. In addition to managing publisher relationships, this role will also provide guidance on the types of offers and verticals the network should prioritize in order to attract and retain high-quality affiliate partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or partnership development
  • Proven success recruiting and managing affiliate publishers
  • Established relationships with affiliate publishers or media buyers and a demonstrated ability to introduce and activate new partners within an affiliate network
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with affiliate tracking platforms (HitPath, Everflow, RedTrack, Cake, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing metrics including CPA, EPC, margin, and performance economics
  • Ability to manage multiple partnerships and campaigns in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Publisher Acquisition & Partnership Development
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate publishers and media partners
  • Leverage existing relationships and industry network to introduce new publishers to the program
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective affiliate partners
  • Negotiate payouts and campaign terms with new publishers
  • Represent the company at affiliate industry events and networking opportunities when appropriate
  • Affiliate Account Management
  • Manage a portfolio of affiliate partners and serve as their primary point of contact
  • Conduct regular partner check-ins and performance discussions
  • Build strong relationships with high-value publishers to drive long-term growth
  • Ensure partners remain active and consistently delivering traffic
  • Campaign Launch & Execution
  • Coordinate the onboarding and activation of new publishers
  • Ensure campaigns are launched with approved creatives, proper tracking links, and defined payouts
  • Work with internal teams to ensure campaigns are implemented accurately and running as expected
  • Troubleshoot campaign or tracking issues with internal teams and partners when necessary
  • Publisher Growth & Revenue Expansion
  • Identify opportunities to expand publishers into additional offers and verticals
  • Align publishers with campaigns best suited for their traffic sources
  • Work with internal teams to secure caps and budgets for partners ready to scale
  • Support revenue growth across the affiliate channel through partner expansion and engagement
  • Network & Offer Strategy
  • Provide insight into the types of offers, verticals, and payout structures that attract high-quality publishers
  • Share feedback from publishers to help guide network strategy and offer acquisition priorities
  • Work with internal teams to identify and prioritize offers that will help attract and retain strong affiliate partners
  • Monitor market trends and competitor networks to identify opportunities for growth
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams including operations, compliance, analytics, and finance
  • Ensure affiliate partners are successfully integrated into internal systems and workflows
  • Communicate partner feedback and market insights to internal stakeholders
