We are currently partnering with an international digital services company that provides marketing, analytics, technology, and operational support to global brands. As part of a growing international project within the iGaming industry, we are looking for an Affiliate Manager to help expand and strengthen affiliate partnerships across Latin America. The Opportunity Affiliate partnerships play a key role in driving growth across digital products and platforms. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building, managing, and scaling affiliate relationships across LATAM, working closely with internal teams to ensure performance, quality traffic, and sustainable long-term growth. This position is ideal for someone who already understands the affiliate ecosystem in Latin America, has experience working with performance-based partnerships, and enjoys developing strategic relationships with affiliates and media partners. You’ll be joining a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment where your work will directly contribute to market expansion and business growth.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Affiliate Management, ideally within iGaming, sportsbook, betting, or performance marketing environments
  • Solid experience working with LATAM markets
  • Existing network or portfolio of active affiliates (SEO affiliates, influencers, media buyers, or traffic partners)
  • Strong understanding of affiliate performance models and KPIs
  • Experience with affiliate platforms such as NetRefer, Affilka, MyAffiliates, or similar tools
  • Ability to manage partnerships, negotiate deals, and drive performance-based growth
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Professional working proficiency in English
  • Spanish or Portuguese as native language is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across LATAM markets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates and media partners
  • Negotiate and manage CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid partnership agreements
  • Monitor affiliate performance, focusing on metrics such as FTDs, NGR, retention, and traffic quality
  • Work closely with marketing and analytics teams to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI
  • Support affiliates with promotional strategies and campaign optimization
  • Ensure affiliates operate in line with brand guidelines and compliance requirements
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders
