Requirements
- Proven experience in affiliate management or a related role
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize strategies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms, tools, and performance metrics is a plus
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with affiliate partners, fostering collaboration and mutual success
- Monitor affiliate performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with established processes, policies, and guidelines
- Proactively troubleshoot issues and implement effective, timely solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align affiliate efforts with broader business objectives
- Identify growth opportunities within the affiliate network and support the onboarding of new partners
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of affiliate performance, agreements, and communications
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise reports for directors and key stakeholders
