Join the award-winning team that's disrupting the home services industry. Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing is hiring a full-time Inbound Lead Coordinator - Affiliate & CRM Support in Las Vegas. This is an in-office position based in Las Vegas, NV.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to affiliate form fills (i.e. Angi, Home Advisor, Thumbtack), emails, and chats in real-time
  • Qualify leads based on job type, location, and budget
  • Contact leads by phone, email, or chat to confirm key info
  • Enter and update lead data in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Coordinate warm hand-offs to Sales and Customer Experience teams
  • Track performance metrics and escalate lead quality issues
  • Follow scripts and SOPs while providing a professional and friendly experience
  • Collaborate with Marketing to improve affiliate campaign performance

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in lead intake, inside sales, customer service, or marketing support
  • Home Services (solar, garage doors, electrical, plumbing, HVAC or similar) experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal + written)
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Affiliate marketing experience a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
  • A committed and progressive work history
  • Ability to pass a background and drug screen
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
