In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in scaling our affiliate and creator ecosystem - from TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns to publisher partnerships, translating merchandising priorities and promotional moments into high-performing partner programs. You’ll be a key player in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, working alongside the Digital Marketing team, the Art team and the Sales/Data team to recruit creators, coordinate briefs, and optimize offers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, other emerging platforms to generate on-brand content. Your work will directly influence creator/influencer output and incremental revenue, ensuring a polished, on-brand experience from brief to final content generated.
