The YMCA of the North Shore is seeking a detail-oriented Affordable Housing Operations Specialist to support the administrative, financial, and regulatory operations of our housing programs across the North Shore. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate records, regulatory compliance, and operational consistency while partnering closely with Housing leadership, Finance, and external agencies. Position Summary The Affordable Housing Operations Specialist supports day-to-day housing operations by maintaining resident and financial records, coordinating compliance and reporting requirements, and assisting with audits and monitoring activities.
