The Mayerson JCC connects people so that they can live happier and fuller lives, creating a more vibrant Jewish community. The JCC helps to foster social connections between its members and guests alike, bringing people together through a wide variety of programs and events. With an expansive fitness center, highly regarded early childhood school and senior center, arts and cultural events offered throughout the year, and classes for every age, the JCC connects, enriches, and inspires over 50,000 visitors per month. The JCC welcomes and engages everyone, regardless of race, religion, or ability. The After Crew Coordinator / ECS Administrative Support role is a position responsible for (1) providing daily operational and administrative support to the Early Childhood School (ECS), and (2) coordinating the J’s After Crew after-school program for children ages 5–12, including supervision of After Crew staff. This role supports a positive, caring, and well-run environment for both children and staff through strong organization, compliance oversight, and hands-on leadership. Schedule & Structure: This position runs 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM with a one-hour break. Mornings are dedicated to ECS administrative and operational support, while afternoons/evenings are focused on After Crew leadership and program coordination.
