Requirements
- Has a heart for kids: You genuinely enjoy being around children and helping them succeed.
- Is a Team Player: You show up on time and bring a positive attitude.
- Is Ready to Lead: You are 18+ with a high school diploma or GED (select student aide roles available for those under 18!).
- Lives near Wailuku: You can reliably commute to our site (Wailuku Elementary).
Responsibilities
- Lead groups of keiki (ages 5–10) through games, arts & crafts, and outdoor play.
- Help with homework and encourage positive behavior.
- Use "Active Supervision" to ensure a secure and organized environment.
- Work with a team of fun, like-minded leaders to run a smooth program.
