Early Access: Your benefits start after just 30 days of employment As a Loader / Production Operator 1, you will unload empty cylinders from delivery trucks and move them to fill racks and/or cylinder storage areas, and load trucks for delivery. Accurately and safely load and unload shuttle trucks and freight trucks, verifying cargo against manifests or shipping documents. Move, sort, and stack cylinders, pallets, and other materials within the facility and yard. Maintain cleanliness, order, and organization of the storage yard, ensuring proper segregation and accessibility of products. Adhere to all Airgas safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and operating material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts) in a safe manner. Assist with inventory, general housekeeping, and help customers when necessary.

Requirements

• You will need to become forklift certified.
• We are looking for candidates who can routinely lifts 25 – 75 lbs., and occasionally lifts 76 to greater than 100 lbs.
• Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position is not open for non-immigrant visa sponsorship.
• Candidates need to be able to read and comprehend all written communications.
• You will need to be able to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unload empty cylinders from delivery trucks and move them to fill racks and/or cylinder storage areas, and load trucks for delivery.
