About The Position

The Agency Compliance Associate is responsible for all aspects of agency licensing and contracting for our insurance company. The role supports Sales and Marketing with Agent related service questions as well as coordinating growth initiatives.

Requirements

Excellent communications and telephone skills
Flexible with work hours and assignments
Proficient computer and internet skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Maintains excellent attendance and timeliness
Completes assignments in a timely manner
Always prepared to assist others, highly organized
Remains patient when dealing with agents/agencies
Clear, concise oral and written communication skills
High School Diploma, Associate Degree preferred
One or more years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination and experience
Insurance 4-40 License (certified or acquired within 60 days of employment)
To foster Exzeo’s commitment to creating a collaborative work environment, remote workers will be required to report to a central office location for one week every quarter for collaboration, team building, and educational exercises.

Responsibilities

Provides the agent with a point of contact relative to licensing, contracting, and communications
Processes all transactions involving licenses, errors and omissions requirements, and verification of agent/agency status and contracting
Responsible for updating internal data systems in a timely manner with attention to detail as a key focus
Ensures quality and timeliness of work product
Communicate with agents, agency staff, Marketing and Operations departments
