The Role We’re hiring an Agency Partner Manager to help scale and strengthen one of the most important revenue channels in the company. This role reports directly to the Head of Agency Partnerships and is designed for an early-career, high-performance operator who wants to build in partnerships, channel sales, or ecosystem growth. You will manage a portfolio of agency relationships, contribute directly to partner-sourced pipeline growth, and help expand our footprint within Shopify and Salesforce Commerce Cloud ecosystems. This is not a passive coordination role. You will be expected to think critically, operate independently, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of experience in partnerships, sales, business development, or account management
  • Demonstrated record of strong performance in prior roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Revenue-oriented mindset with comfort working around performance metrics
  • Highly organized, analytically sharp, and operationally disciplined
  • AI-native; comfortable using modern AI and automation tools to increase leverage and productivity
  • Comfortable operating in a lean, bootstrapped environment without heavy support layers
  • You should be ambitious, curious, and motivated to build a long-term career in partnerships or channel leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in SaaS or the e-commerce ecosystem preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of agency partners
  • Identify new agency opportunities and support expansion within Shopify and SFCC ecosystems
  • Drive engagement that increases partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
  • Coordinate and execute joint GTM initiatives, including webinars, enablement, and co-marketing
  • Maintain structured, accurate reporting on partner performance and revenue contribution
  • Prepare executive-ready updates and insights for leadership
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to improve research, outreach preparation, reporting, and partner insights
  • Continuously identify ways to improve partner processes and execution efficiency
