Requirements

Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field.
Active insurance license in Texas is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for customer service.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
