About The Position

Berkshire Hathaway GUARD Insurance Companies is looking for an Intern to support our Agency Services Department who’s eager to learn, motivated to contribute, and excited to make an impact. Agency Services serves as the central point of contact for agents, handling policy servicing, data accuracy, system updates, and customer support throughout the policy lifecycle. The department plays a key role in delivering fast, accurate, and professional service - helping agents focus on selling while GUARD maintains operational excellence. As an intern, you’ll work closely with experienced professionals and play an active role in supporting day‑to‑day operations.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a 4-year degree program in business administration or related field.
• Strong data entry and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• A positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• A genuine desire to learn, help others, and grow professionally
