About The Position

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic Client Support team. As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring seamless communication between clients, agents, and the brokerage team. You will proactively manage a portfolio of clients, facilitate the underwriting process, and maintain high service standards that drive success. Please note that this position is a full-time role that requires onsite presence. We believe that being part of our office environment is integral to the collaborative nature of our work.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with agents and underwriting case managers.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player, collaborating with agents, underwriting case managers, and management.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and other relevant software.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish both verbally and in written communications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain proficiency in software programs such as Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other platforms.
  • Document relevant information through data entry, including correspondence.
  • Facilitate communication among clients, agents, and the brokerage team in line with company policies via phone, email, text, and Slack.
  • Use independent discretion to manage client progression through the underwriting process.
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of assigned clients.
  • Deliver high-level service to all internal and external agents.
  • Foster a positive teamwork environment.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of the business.
  • Perform duties to meet established standards for the position.
  • Assist in special projects and/or other duties as assigned by management.
