About The Position
Actively promotes a work environment within the Supply Chain Department that consistently delivers a World Class Experience to the customers and Lauren Concrete employees. Responsible for the delivery of aggregates to job sites Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of tractor and trailer/tanker Communicate daily with dispatch and customers Foster a supportive role towards Lauren Concretes mission statement and core values Support a positive and productive work environment and demonstrate a positive example for others Performs all other related duties, as assigned.
Requirements
- Regular attendance is an essential function of this job. Employees must have the ability to report to work on time and on a regular basis.
- Represent Lauren Concrete in a professional manner in a variety of settings and circumstance
- Understand complex functions, procedures, and processes
- Express oneself clearly and concisely
- Accept responsibility for quality and accuracy of personal work
- Ability to pass DOT pre-employment Drug screen and background check.
- Valid State of Texas Commercial Drivers License license required along with a violation-free Department Motor Vehicle record, valid automobile liability insurance policy that meets or exceeds required limits of liability coverage.

- One to three years of similar or related experience preferred.
