Requirements

5+ years of professional software development experience
Hands-on experience building with AI/LLM APIs and frameworks — you've shipped something real with them
Strong command of Python and JavaScript; comfortable across the stack
Solid experience with modern web application development (front-end and back-end)
RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Git — these are second nature to you
SQL and NoSQL databases — you know when to use which and why
You've worked in agile environments and know how to move without chaos

You've used AI coding tools not just to autocomplete, but to think differently about how you build
You have a nose for security and don't treat it as an afterthought
You've mentored other developers and made them better
DevOps mindset — CI/CD, infrastructure as code, the works
A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent real-world proof

Responsibilities

Own the build. Take our proof of concept across the finish line and into production. Design, develop, deploy, and iterate — end to end using Claude Code & related technologies.?
Vibe code with purpose. Use AI-assisted development tools to move fast without breaking things. You know the difference between shipping smart and shipping sloppy.
Architect for scale. Build application infrastructure that doesn't just work today — it holds up when we grow.
Collaborate cross-functional. Work directly with business stakeholders to understand the problem, then translate that into clean, effective solutions.
Raise the floor. Mentor junior developers, lead code reviews, and push the team's technical standard higher.
Stay sharp. The AI landscape shifts constantly. You're already tracking it, experimenting with it, and bringing relevant advances into your work.
Solve the hard stuff. When something breaks or doesn't make sense, you dig in — troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the development lifecycle.?
Optimize?and enhance the performance of existing applications to ensure efficiency and scalability.?
Implement and manage robust, scalable, and secure application architectures.?
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including?requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.?
Develop and?maintain?comprehensive documentation for code and application infrastructure.?
