About The Position

Step into the role of AI - Automation & Process Improvement Lead and transform Global Card Operations by unleashing the power of Alteryx, UiPath, Pega, Tableau, and AI to automate, visualize, and innovate. Be the driving force behind smarter processes, seamless solutions, and impactful change across the business. As the AI - Automation & Process Improvement Lead within the Global Card Operations teams, you will leverage tools such as Alteryx, UiPath, Pega, and Tableau, along with artificial intelligence (AI), to automate manual processes, create data visualizations, solve problems, and enhance processes.

Requirements

  • Experience automating processes with tools like (Alteryx, UiPath, Pega, etc.)
  • Experience in (or ability to learn) Tableau for data visualization
  • Excellent teamwork and ability to build strong working relationships
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and within a group on various projects

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of VBA coding in Excel, VBScripts, Python and iRecs

Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand Global Card Operations processes in order to identify inefficiencies and opportunities to improve processes
  • Leverage tools like Alteryx, UiPath, Pega, etc. and AI to automate manual processes
  • Leverage Tableau to create dashboards and other data visualizations
  • Engage with business partners across CIB to solve issues and implement solutions
  • Interact with stakeholders to share upcoming enhancements, accomplishments and obtain feedback
  • Recognize and act on opportunities to improve processes
  • Ensure all the risk and control requirements are adhered to and we maintain an audit ready environment
