AI Coordinator
About The Position
The AI Coordinator is an integral part of our Data Services team. They will play a key role in ensuring top-notch production for our AI projects and be responsible for providing quality and innovation assistance to our project management teams. As part of the Data Services Team, the AI Coordinator will help design, implement, and manage our quality strategy, including production workflows, data analysis, and tracking of production KPIs. Expertise evaluating AI-related skills and managing production Control processes will be essential for this role. Requirements
- Bachelor´s degree and related experience.
- Written and spoken English at advanced level
- Ability to provide leadership for employees and provide appropriate guidance when needed
- Ability to resolve customer service and production issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Quality focus and detail oriented
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite
- Multi-tasking and ability to work under time pressure IMPORTANT: THE WORK SCHEDULE FOR THIS JOB OPPORTUNITY WILL BE FROM 4 p.m. - 12 a.m. Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
- Performing detailed task analysis, defining key quality drivers and necessary skills, developing efficient testing and onboarding methodologies for our Data Services vendors
- Managing end-to-end production Control processes and providing feedback to suppliers
- Report on delivered productivity and propose action plans for improvement
- Address client quality escalations and collaboration with suppliers for root cause analysis
- Implement quality improvement plans for underperforming suppliers
- Support data suppliers and provide timely answers to their queries
