About The Position

As an AI Creative Technologist, Vice President within the CCB Operations team, you will play a critical role in shaping innovative, AI-driven solutions that connect systems, processes, and people. You will leverage your expertise in UX/Product Design, prototyping, and AI technologies to deliver rapid prototypes and orchestrate complex service design initiatives. This role emphasizes hands-on experimentation and collaboration, focusing on prototyping, systems orchestration, and AI/LLM integration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in user experience design, conversational AI design, or similar roles.
  • Demonstrated experience working with AI models, LLMs, and data-driven design.
  • Proven ability to deliver prototypes and wireframes leveraging AI tools (e.g., CLAUDE, NANO BANANA, CURSOR AI).
  • Experience with systems orchestration—understanding how systems, processes, and people connect within service design.
  • Background in software engineering with a strong foundation in design (coding not required).
  • Experience designing, prototyping, and deploying conversational AI solutions (e.g., chatbots, virtual assistants) using natural language processing and AI technologies.
  • Experience with inclusive design and accessibility principles.
  • Familiarity with process governance and change management in design systems.
  • Experience in advisory roles related to implementing design systems or technology solutions.
  • Experience in enterprise environments (e.g., financial services, e-commerce, or large-scale transformation programs).
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies and product lifecycles.

Responsibilities

  • Prototype and deliver wireframes and interactive concepts using AI tools such as CLAUDE, NANO BANANA, CURSOR AI, or similar platforms.
  • Apply a deep understanding of AI, LLMs, and data to inform design and prototyping decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including AI/ML engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders—to orchestrate systems and processes that connect technology and people.
  • Map and optimize service flows, user journeys, and system interactions, focusing on how systems, processes, and people are interconnected.
  • Deliver prototypes and proof-of-concepts that demonstrate innovative solutions for conversational AI, service design, and operational efficiency.
  • Operate with an iterative, experimental mindset—gathering feedback and refining prototypes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our design system, especially as it relates to AI-driven and conversational UI components.
  • Present prototypes and concepts to stakeholders, clearly articulating the rationale and potential impact of your work.
