AI Deployment Strategist
About The Position
Broccoli is building the AI operating system for the $500B home services market. We deploy AI across HVAC, roofing, plumbing, and other trades businesses to improve revenue, customer experience, and internal operations. Our product approach starts with deeply understanding how these companies actually run their businesses and then building the highest-value AI workflows to solve their biggest operational challenges. Backed by top VCs, we recently closed a $25M Series A and are scaling quickly. We work with many of the largest PE-backed home services platforms in the country and expect to 5x headcount in 2026, creating a rare opportunity to join early and help shape how AI transforms an entire industry. We are hiring an AI Deployment Strategist to lead the rollout and expansion of Broccoli across our most strategic customers. The role sits at the intersection of customer partnership, project management, analytics, and product strategy. You will own the successful deployment of Broccoli across key customers, coordinating across teams to ensure smooth rollouts. You will also own our executive relationships, sharing updates on deployment progress, business ROI, and opportunities to expand AI across their operations. The insights you generate from working closely with customers will help shape the future roadmap of the Broccoli platform, while the relationships you build will support long-term customer growth and expansion. This role will involve occasional travel to customer locations to support deployments and strengthen executive relationships.
Requirements
- Experience at the Senior Consultant or Manager level at a top technology consulting firm (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture), owning project delivery outcomes and presenting to executive stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading complex implementations or transformation programs and coordinating cross-functional teams across operations, engineering, and executive teams
- Excellent executive communication and presentation abilities, including creating clear materials and leading discussions with senior stakeholders
- Ability to analyze operational and financial data and translate it into clear ROI insights
- Track record of owning outcomes, driving projects through to measurable business impact
- Excited to work in person in San Francisco

Responsibilities
- Lead deployments for strategic customers (ensuring successful rollouts by coordinating Broccoli’s onboarding, CSM, and engineering teams alongside customer stakeholders).
- Own executive-level reporting and conversations (including deployment updates, ROI business reviews, and discussions on future AI opportunities).
- Conduct customer-specific ROI analysis (evaluating revenue and cost data to quantify Broccoli’s impact).
- Drive customer expansion (identifying opportunities for customers to adopt additional Broccoli products and expand usage across their operations).
- Shape the product roadmap (serving as the voice of the customer by developing a deep understanding of customer operations, bringing their highest-priority needs back to Broccoli, and identifying new AI workflows that drive meaningful operational value).
