About The Position

Overview We are seeking a technically strong developer to support automation and AI-driven initiatives within a large-scale enterprise environment. This role will focus on building automation solutions, integrating new scanning/vision hardware systems, and developing intelligent agents to optimize operational processes. This is a hands-on development position - not helpdesk or basic IT support. The selected candidate will contribute to system integration, automation design, and AI-enabled workflow development as part of a long-term strategic project.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong coding fundamentals in C, C#, or Python
• Experience working with SQL databases
• Experience using Visual Studio or similar development environments
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools
• Experience building automation scripts or bots
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or agent-based automation
• Experience with system or hardware integration
• Exposure to IBM-based enterprise systems

Responsibilities

• Develop automation solutions using C, C#, and Python
• Design and build AI-driven agents to enhance operational workflows
• Support integration of new scanning and weighing hardware systems
• Create logic to support packing plan optimization and process automation
• Develop and maintain SQL queries and database interactions
• Work within Visual Studio and enterprise development environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements
• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance
