AI Engineer Intern

With guidance from a departmental leader, you will work on research and implementation of vertical models using LLMs in AWS, to bring AI experience for EHR customers. The right candidate for our internship will be expected to know commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the Software & Cloud Engineering process and rely on mentorship, instructions, and pre-established guidelines to perform the job's functions. This is preferred to be a hybrid role located at our office in Peachtree Corners, GA. Candidates will be asked to be available to participate in on-site as well as remote team meetings. We are also open to remote candidates - preferably those who can work EST hours. Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
Requirements
- Ability to work full-time for 12 weeks during Summer 2025; program dates are May 18th – August 7th, 2026, OR June 15th – September 4th, 2026
- Software Engineering or equivalent academic studies that will lead to a Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Experience with Java, Spring, MicroServices, SQL, AWS Services, Machine Learning, LLMs, Agentic AI
