About The Position

14440 – AI Engineering Adoption Specialist (onsite) – Jupiter, FL Start Date : ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration : 12 months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration. Required: Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Jupiter, FL (required); Experience with engineering documents and workflows in an industrial or regulated environment; Experience with AI and digital productivity tools. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, equivalent experience supporting engineering design deliverables accepted. Responsibilities : Work side‑by‑side with engineers on active design work to demonstrate practical AI use Support creation of reusable prompts, templates, and bounded AI agents aligned to engineering workflows Help translate successful use cases into repeatable team practices Track and report adoption, agent development, and quality/rework indicators Collaborate with digital and IT teams to identify data sources, integrate AI tools with existing engineering systems (e.g., document control, CAD, or calculation platforms), and ensure secure, compliant usage. Provide feedback to model developers and program managers on AI tool performance, gaps, and user experience to help refine enterprise AI solutions for engineering. Why apply? Requirements
