We’re looking for an Engineering & Product Management Associate to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. This is a full-time, entry-level position offering the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic product lifecycle planning and commercialization. The ideal candidate is passionate about engineering, problem-solving, and driving innovative product enhancements for our customers. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants to build a career in product development at the intersection of engineering, design, and business strategy. As an Engineering & Product Management Associate, you’ll work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to support the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven features and supply chain solutions. You will contribute to real projects across areas such as supply, inventory, demand, or network optimization, while receiving mentorship to grow your technical and professional skills. You’ll also gain exposure to chatbot/smart workspace solutions, predictive analytics, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, building a strong foundation for a long-term career in product management and engineering.

  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, R&D, marketing, and sales to drive program alignment and execution.
  • Contribute to marketing collateral, newsletter content, and commercialization strategies for the aftermarket business.
  • Support project management efforts, including scheduling, progress tracking, and risk identification.
  • Coordinate with Product Management to define product documentation, scope of work, and business requirements for engineering development.
  • Assist in evaluating the financial feasibility of product improvements and upgrades.
  • Help develop long-term product roadmaps, identify upgrade opportunities, and support lifecycle plans for the existing installed base.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
  • 0–2 years of professional experience (internships, co-ops, or academic projects welcome).
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management or agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Interest in AI, chatbots, predictive analytics, or data pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Knowledge of the supply chain industry and supporting software.
