About The Position

As a Paint the Way intern, you'll collaborate directly with industry experts, gaining invaluable practical knowledge while contributing to active client projects. We believe in empowering our interns; your ideas and unique perspective will be valued as an integral part of the team.
This paid opportunity is open to rising seniors and above, recent graduates, veterans, and those seeking a career change.
Duration: 10 weeks, 30 hours per week
Schedule: June 10th - August 19th
Location: Primarily remote, with occasional travel required to our Cedar Knolls, NJ office for purposeful engagement. Candidates should be within driving distance of the Cedar Knolls, New Jersey Office

Requirements

• Presentation skills: You can translate complex concepts into engaging, digestible information for others.
• Problem-solving DNA: You enjoy the challenge of being given a problem and a toolset and finding a creative path forward.

Nice To Haves

• An interest in the crossover between Marketing and AI.
• A "dusting" of data science or light engineering knowledge.
• A human-centered perspective, using AI as a tool for improving health outcomes

Responsibilities

• Tackle "what if" ideas by prototyping solutions using a variety of AI tools and iterative problem-solving.
• Assist in building and refining internal capabilities that help Fingerpaint teams deliver better work, faster.
• Support the team in preparing materials for external clients and internal stakeholders to help them navigate the evolving AI landscape.
• Help bridge the gap between complex technology and human use by creating educational content and presentations to drive AI adoption.
• Apply human-centered design thinking to ensure AI solutions are intuitive, ethical, and solve real-world problems.
