Ventus Executive Solutions is seeking a skilled AI/Machine Learning SETA to support an innovative program. You will provide technical advisory and programmatic support to the Program Manager, assisting with the development, evaluation, and transition of advanced artificial intelligence technologies. You will support program planning, technical evaluation, performer engagement, and coordination with government and mission partners across AI-focused research initiatives.

Requirements

Master’s or PhD in Artificial Intelligence or closely related STEM field (Computer Science, Mathematics). Bachelor’s degree with a strong background in machine learning and probabilistic reasoning may be considered.
Experience with machine learning technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP).
Experience in logic and reasoning methodologies, including knowledge representation and reasoning.
Experience with knowledge graphs (KGs).
Understanding of AI-based agent communication and interaction.
Strong analytical and technical evaluation skills supporting advanced research programs.
Ability to coordinate with government stakeholders, technical performers, and research teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting and program support.
Clearance: Secret required, higher preferred

Experience with more expressive logic programs or semantic rules.
Experience supporting advanced AI research or development programs.
Experience supporting technology transition activities, particularly within defense research environments.
Experience supporting government research organizations or similar R&D programs.
