Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product strategy for AI-driven distribution optimization, aligning with business objectives and market needs.
  • Develop and refine customer segments using advanced AI/ML techniques to enhance targeting and personalization.
  • Create and optimize coverage territories to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts.
  • Utilize predictive analytics to forecast trends, identify opportunities, and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Work closely with data scientists, engineers, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of AI/ML solutions.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of distribution optimization initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform product development and innovation.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in product management or related roles, with a focus on AI/ML and distribution optimization.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, predictive modeling, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree or higher is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working in agile environments and managing product development cycles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Strong focus on creating user-friendly and intuitive solutions.
  • Financial services industry experience.
