About the position

This role offers the opportunity to lead and optimize all paid marketing channels through AI-driven strategies for customer acquisition and revenue growth. The Senior Manager will design multi-channel campaigns, oversee marketing teams, and leverage machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation to maximize performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage agency and platform relationships, and implement innovative AI-powered solutions to continuously improve efficiency. The position emphasizes data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and scaling marketing initiatives, all within a dynamic, fast-paced, and remote-friendly environment. Success in this role requires a blend of analytical rigor, creativity, and leadership skills to achieve measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize paid media channels (Paid Social, Demand Gen, Performance Max, etc.) using AI-powered bidding, audience modeling, and creative generation.
  • Develop acquisition strategies aligned with growth objectives, leveraging predictive analytics and machine learning to balance volume, quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketers, fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability, and AI fluency.
  • Oversee daily campaign orchestration across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), leveraging automation for budgeting, pacing, creative testing, and bid optimization.
  • Partner with Analytics, Creative, Product, and Sales teams to integrate AI insights into marketing decisions.
  • Evaluate and manage agency, vendor, and AI-enabled platform partnerships to enhance performance and scalability.
  • Build and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership using AI-generated forecasting and visualization.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging AI technologies, continuously testing new channels and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 7+ years in performance marketing, growth, or digital media buying with hands-on experience using AI-powered platforms and tools.
  • Proven track record managing and scaling large paid media budgets to drive measurable business results.
  • Strong analytical skills with fluency in AI-driven attribution models, predictive analytics, and marketing mix optimization.
  • Expertise in campaign management platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SA360, etc.) and proficiency with analytics/BI tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau).
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing agencies, vendors, and AI-enabled technology partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor teams using AI-driven workflows and experimentation.
  • Skilled at adapting strategies quickly using real-time AI insights in a fast-changing environment.
  • Advanced data analysis skills, including Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs) and BI tools, with AI-augmented analytics as a plus.
