Your Role: As an AI Product Designer, you will shape how people experience our AI-powered products, bringing features to life in a way that feels intuitive, are frictionless, and visually stunning. You will work at the intersection of AI, big data, and human-centered design, defining how humans and AI agents collaborate to solve complex marketing challenges. You will be joining a fast-paced startup environment within a settled company, where experimentation is valued and priorities shift to meet the exploding demand for enterprise AI. We are looking for someone who thrives in agility—someone who is proactive, adaptive, and deeply curious about the evolving landscape of AI. Scope of Work In this role, you will have a wide-ranging impact. Core focus areas may include: Design System: Actively contributing to and evolving our components, patterns and visual language to ensure consistency and beauty across the platform Intelligent Customer Data-Platform: Creating workflows and interfaces that make complex data accessible and transparent. AI Marketing Cloud: Designing the next generation of marketing tools powered by autonomous agents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field with 3-5 years of product design experience. Your portfolio must demonstrate not just UX thinking, but exceptional visual craft and high-fidelity execution.
  • Mastery of Hierarchy: You expertly use typography, whitespace, and color to present information in a way that is immediately scannable and clear.
  • Refinement & Restraint: You know how to add emphasis with design elements like imagery and iconography when needed, but equally know when to remove elements to avoid clutter and visual noise.
  • Detail Oriented: You possess a keen eye for pixel-perfect detail and consistency.
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep proficiency in Figma. Experience contributing to or managing Design Systems is a strong plus.
  • Positive Energy: You bring a constructive, optimistic attitude to collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Startup Mindset: You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities change; you are resilient, flexible, and view change as an opportunity to learn.
  • Tech-Forward Mindset: You act as an early adopter, regularly testing new design and prototyping tools (e.g., AI plugins, generative design tools) to push the boundaries of your craft.
  • Communication: You are a proactive communicator with the ability to effectively present complex topics and justify design decisions—both visual and functional—to stakeholders.
  • Working out of the Mountain View, California office according to our “Global Hybrid Working Policy.”

Responsibilities

  • Design product experiences from concept through launch, ensuring they are transparent, trustworthy, and human-centered.
  • Drive visual excellence by conducting comprehensive visual exploration. You will explore multiple options and solutions, looking for inspiration in both the physical and digital worlds to push our aesthetic forward.
  • Create clear interaction patterns and visualizations for AI capabilities (prediction, personalization, automation) that instill user confidence.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to integrate AI recommendations and automation into user workflows.
  • Participate in user research and usability testing, using insights to iterate on both function and form.
  • Stay current with the AI and Design landscape, actively experimenting with new AI-native prototyping tools and keeping up with visual trends (e.g., glassmorphism, spatial UI) to keep our products feeling modern and fresh.
  • Leverage AI in your daily workflow to generate ideas and automate tasks, serving as a model for partnering with intelligent systems.
  • Ensure the experience remains human-centric—transparent, ethical, and focused on empowering the user, not just replacing them.
