About your role: We are seeking an AI Product Manager to lead the integration of AI capabilities into our products while also transforming how we build products using AI-powered tools. This dual-focus role involves identifying opportunities to embed AI features that delight customers, while simultaneously leveraging AI tools for rapid prototyping, product documentation, user research synthesis, and accelerated product development. You will be a bridge between cutting-edge AI capabilities and practical product outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or financial services
  • Demonstrated experience shipping AI-powered product features or products
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for product work (prototyping, documentation, research synthesis)
  • Strong technical acumen with ability to understand LLM capabilities, limitations, and tradeoffs
  • Experience with data-driven product development and experimentation frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders
  • Understanding of responsible AI principles and ability to navigate ethical considerations
  • Proven track record of driving large-scale adoption of new tools or practices
  • You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical background (engineering or data science experience)
  • Experience with no-code/low-code AI tools and prototyping platforms
  • Familiarity with fintech compliance requirements (especially for AI in regulated contexts)
  • Experience with prompt engineering or fine-tuning language models
  • Background in user research or design thinking methodologies

Responsibilities

  • AI in Products: Identify and prioritize opportunities to integrate AI capabilities into customer-facing products that drive business value
  • Define product requirements for AI-powered features, balancing user experience, technical feasibility, and compliance requirements
  • Partner with engineering to evaluate and select AI/LLM providers and approaches for product features
  • Design human-in-the-loop experiences and appropriate guardrails for AI-powered product features
  • Measure and iterate on AI feature performance, balancing accuracy, latency, cost, and user satisfaction
  • AI for Product Development: Use AI tools for rapid prototyping—quickly generating mockups, proof-of-concepts, and interactive demos to validate ideas
  • Leverage AI to synthesize user research, analyze customer feedback at scale, and identify patterns in usage data
  • Create high-quality product documentation, PRDs, and specifications using AI-assisted writing tools
  • Accelerate competitive analysis and market research using AI to process large volumes of information
  • Champion AI-powered product development practices across the product organization
