This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and enterprise AI execution. You will own the strategic spine that connects AI ambition to real productivity, portfolio coherence, and measurable growth. As AI Product Portfolio Director, you will define a singular vision for how AI is deployed across marketing, translate that vision into an actionable MarTech and agentic roadmap, and ensure investments compound rather than fragment. This is not an experimentation role. It is a Product Management role with accountability for outcomes. You will work across Global Marketing, Technology, and external partners to ensure AI capabilities align to ServiceNow’s platform, product direction, and enterprise standards. Success is measured by adoption, efficiency gains, and the organization’s rising AI fluency, not by pilots shipped.
