We are seeking an AI Program Lead to drive the adoption and scaling of AI across the company. In this role, you will track the progress and impact of our AI initiatives in our engineering functions, non-engineering functions and within our products from ideation to deployment. You will partner closely with stakeholders to maintain a real‑time view of every use case, anticipate and help remove roadblocks, and prepare strategic updates for the Executive Leadership Team and the Board. The ideal candidate brings strong stakeholder management, a solid understanding of AI and technology and experience with executive level reporting. Based in Atlanta, you will form part of the Office of the CEO gaining broad visibility across the organisation. You will collaborate closely with the Chief AI Officer and teams across Data Science, Engineering and Product worldwide. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in scaling AI at a global fintech leader - unlocking value, accelerating innovation, and building the foundations for organisation‑wide impact.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital transformation or adjacent roles, including as part of a management consultancy, with at least one year working directly with AI/ML initiatives, AI products, or data-driven initiatives
  • Experience supporting program management or large-scale digital transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes
  • Understanding of AI models and use case development lifecycle from prototype and validation to production implementation
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams, balancing differing priorities and drive pragmatic, timely outcomes
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in financial services or software vendor organisations undergoing large scale digital or AI-led transformation is desirable but not required

Responsibilities

  • AI Review & Oversight Partner with internal teams and external vendors to embed our AI playbook across all businesses and functions Support the review and assessment of AI use cases, focusing on feasibility, alignment with business strategy, and potential value creation Collaborate with the Risk team to ensure compliance with our responsible AI framework including our legal, governance, privacy and security review
  • Programme and Change Management Manage our portfolio of AI initiatives, ensuring prioritization, clear ownership, timely delivery and clear communication across teams Support cross-functional change management efforts that enable enterprise-wide AI adoption
  • Executive and Impact Reporting Provide clear, insightful executive‑level updates to the Executive Leadership Team including progress updates, risks, dependencies and roadblock resolution Support senior leaders in preparation for Board discussions, including creating briefing materials on program performance and impact Measure and track value created through AI adoption (e.g., revenue generation, quality improvements, efficiency, and effectiveness
