About The Position

The leading professional networking and job search platform is looking for a forward-thinking, data-driven AI Search Strategist to join our Organic Growth team and be the dedicated partner to a specific business unit, helping them adapt to the rapid shifts in AI-driven discovery. In this strategic and hands-on role, you’ll translate emerging trends into actionable strategies that increase visibility, engagement, and measurable business impact. You will be on the front lines of the shift in AI-powered discovery—helping a global brand adapt quickly, experiment boldly, and capture attention where audiences are searching now. Requirements

3-5+ years of experience in SEO.
2+ years of experience/familiarity with AI powered search platforms (ChatGPT, OpenAI, Perplexity, Google AIO, etc.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, data science, business or related field.
Familiarity with AI-powered search and content strategy, with a track record of driving measurable results.
Understanding of how AI-driven discovery surfaces (e.g., AI overviews, conversational search, generative recommendations) impact organic reach, in addition to an understanding of traditional search engines, and social surfaces
Deep understanding of website health best practices, technical SEO, and structured data for AI/LLM discoverability.
Familiarity with web analytics, search tools, and social listening platforms (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Tableau, Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, Profound, and Sprinklr experience a plus).
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
Analytical mindset with a bias for action and measurable results.

Nice To Haves

Preferably 6–8+ years of experience in SEO, AI search, or digital marketing for enterprise-scale or global brands.
Familiarity with web analytics, search tools, and social listening platforms (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Tableau, Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, Profound, and Sprinklr experience a plus).

Responsibilities

Lead GEO/AEO initiatives for a specific Business unit, integrating both content and technical approaches to maximize AI search visibility.
Act as the primary liaison between the business unit, Organic Growth/SEO, and content teams to align on AI-search and visibility priorities.
Translate emerging AI and search trends into clear recommendations for content creation, optimization, and distribution.
Partner with COEs and functional leads to embed AI search considerations into content planning and execution.
Monitor and analyze search and discovery performance across AI platforms, traditional search engines, and social discovery channels.
Leverage tools such as Google Search Console, Sprinklr, and web/social analytics to uncover insights and measure impact.
Identify quick-win opportunities and lead tactical initiatives to capture visibility in evolving discovery surfaces.
