Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in a customer‑facing or stakeholder‑facing role such as solutions analyst, business systems analyst, consultant, or similar, ideally within a technology or consulting environment (e.g., big four or specialized consulting firms)
  • Hands‑on experience configuring and deploying AI and/or automation solutions, with familiarity in platforms such as Glean, Microsoft Copilot, or other agentic AI tools; exposure to working with LLM‑based solutions is a strong plus
  • Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating complex business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for AI/automation platforms
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to confidently engage VP‑ and director‑level leaders, facilitate discussions, and “hold the room” with clarity and credibility
  • High ownership and autonomy, comfortable operating with limited direction while still seeking input when appropriate — able to drive initiatives from idea through delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance, HR, Business Operations, and IT teams, balancing multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Comfort working in a fast‑moving, evolving environment, staying current on AI capabilities and adapting approaches as platforms and business needs change
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with business stakeholders in Sales, Finance, Business Operations, HR, and other functions to understand their goals, workflows, and pain points, and identify where AI and automation can create measurable value
  • Lead discovery and requirements sessions to capture current‑state processes and define desired future‑state experiences that can be enabled through AI solutions and agents
  • Design, configure, and implement AI‑powered solutions using platforms like Glean, Microsoft Copilot and other agentic AI technologies
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications and configuration approaches for AI platforms, collaborating with engineering and other IT teams as needed for deeper technical work
  • Prototype, test, and iterate AI agents and automations, including coordination of user acceptance testing (UAT), capturing feedback, and refining solutions for production rollout and scale
  • Drive adoption and change management by enabling business users, documenting use cases and playbooks, and helping stakeholders understand where and how to best leverage AI in their day‑to‑day work
  • Measure and communicate impact of AI initiatives by defining success metrics, tracking usage and value, and presenting results and recommendations to leaders
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison between the AI Practice and cross‑functional stakeholders, helping prioritize the AI roadmap and ensuring solutions align with Infoblox’s broader business and IT strategies
  • Own the roadmap and lifecycle management of enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Glean, OpenAI Enterprise Chat, Microsoft Copilot), including evaluation of new capabilities, governance, and ongoing optimization
  • Work in a highly collaborative, cross‑functional environment, adapting quickly as business needs, AI platforms, and priorities evolve
