About The Position

AI Solutions Architect, Lead The Opportunity: Design and implement effective artificial intelligence (AI) solution architecture and strategy utilizing approaches of various AI technologies and methods to address clients' business problems and needs, while complying with the organization’s strategies and business goals, and key ethical considerations. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts. Contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with AI, data science, machine learning engineering, and software engineering
• 5+ years of experience developing technical solutions in Python, C++, or C#
• Experience with autonomy or computer vision project work
• Experience with deep learning computer vision, including transformer-based models such as DINO or CLIP
• Experience leading software and AI projects
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

• Experience with embedded systems programming in C, C++, or Rust
• Experience with GPU programming, including CUDA or RAPIDs
• Knowledge of modern software design patterns, including micro-service design, and orchestration in Kubernetes deployment
• Ability to gather requirements from customers and lead Agile teams
• Master's degree in CS or Statistics
