You Are: Ready to live out our core values in patient and team member interactions Detail-oriented, and a critical thinker Innovative and analytical Good at managing multiple projects and priorities You Will Make an Impact By: Designing an internal AI ecosystem, utilizing Snowflake as the centralized engine for data-driven automation, that interacts with internal softwares. Providing strategic technology evaluation for new AI initiatives; conducting market research and cost-benefit analyses to determine when to leverage third-party platforms versus developing proprietary, in-house solutions. Building custom AI agents that bridge the gap between raw data and clinical/business operations, ensuring that intellectual property stays internal and actionable. Using AI to write code that automates the business and accelerates development cycles. Building ETL/ELT pipelines to automate the movement of data from legacy Practice Management systems into secure environments. Leading AI projects from idea to production, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes. Connecting Large Language Models (LLM) to Snowflake and external systems, making sure data flows securely throughout workflows. Maintaining HIPAA compliance, ensuring that AI doesn’t touch sensitive data without proper masking and security protocols. Establishing AI safety protocols, including prompt engineering safeguards and audit logs, to prevent unauthorized data access. Collaborating with business leaders and surgeons to identify manual processes and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Educating team members on AI best practices, fostering an AI mentality within the organization.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Medical Informatics or a related field
  • Three to five years’ previous experience in high-level data engineering or architecture preferred
  • Familiarity with LLMs, Generative AI, and agentic AI frameworks

Responsibilities
