About The Position

Riggs CAT is seeking a hands-on AI Solutions Specialist to design and deploy practical AI-driven automation across the business. This role focuses on identifying manual, high-volume workflows and replacing them with scalable solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and system integrations. This is not a research or model development role. Success comes from applying existing AI tools to real business processes and working directly with teams like Accounting, Credit, and Operations to improve accuracy and increase throughput. The ideal candidate is a process-focused builder who can map workflows and deliver measurable efficiency gains through fast, iterative solutions. This role requires working directly with business users and delivering usable solutions—not just designing or proposing them.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in automation, business systems development, or applied software solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Power Automate, Power Platform, Copilot Studio).
  • Experience integrating APIs and working with structured data sources.
  • Strong process-mapping and analytical skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into working, hands-on solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building AI-enabled workflows, agents, or chatbot solutions.
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation tools.
  • Understanding of change management and user adoption strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, test, and deploy AI-driven workflows and Copilot-based agents using Microsoft and related platforms.
  • Develop automation solutions that integrate with Microsoft 365, ERP systems, CRM, and internal databases.
  • Build prompt frameworks and AI-enabled workflows and automation pipelines to automate multi-step business processes.
  • Continuously refine and optimize workflows and solution performance for reliability and scalability.
  • Partner with the Continuous Improvement team to identify manual, repetitive, and bottlenecked processes.
  • Document current-state workflows and quantify time, cost, and error rates.
  • Redesign workflows to maximize automation and eliminate redundant manual steps.
  • Measure and report productivity gains and ROI from implemented solutions.
  • Work directly with Accounting, Credit, Operations, IT, and other departments to understand business requirements.
  • Translate operational needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions.
  • Train end users and create documentation to ensure adoption and effective utilization.
  • Stay current on emerging AI tools, Copilot enhancements, and automation technologies.
  • Recommend new use cases and opportunities for AI-driven efficiency.
  • Help develop a roadmap for enterprise AI adoption at Riggs CAT.
