About The Position

Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team. Supports Product Office Leadership on SGT STOUT. Provides Subject Matter Expert (SME) expertise in Air Defense Operations, testing, logistics, and weapons system integration. Support extends across doctrine and training, training integration, training devices, programs of instruction, materiel release, technical manual publications, engineering, and system safety. Verifies test plans of various types of testing including user, integration, performance, and live fire testing. Coordinates with stakeholders across the Services and Industry. Exercises strong written and oral communication, and multi-tasks with strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills. Monitors fielding schedule to ensure on-schedule deliveries. Supports CONUS and OCONUS unit training and Gunnery Certifications. Supports training and demonstration events. Supports SGT Stout internal and external IPTs and WGs. Acts as liaison to active duty fielded SGT Stout units. Interface directly with Army Testing Evaluation. Supports customer needs and travels as required.

Requirements

High School diploma & 17 years’ experience, or Associate’s degree & 15 years’ experience, or Bachelor of Science degree & 14 years’ experience.
Responsible for formulation of the opinions, decisions, and the ultimate performance of the task specified in the statement of work.
Requires experience and the ability to perform detailed and complex calculations plus knowledge of practices/principles necessary to assess advanced systems concepts, assess specifications, and perform system integration
Provides detailed data management, reporting, analysis and problem resolution.
Active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance
U.S. Citizenship required
