The helper works alongside lead technicians to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. Requirements
- Prior experience in HVAC, air duct cleaning, insulation, or construction is helpful but not required
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand and power tools
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow direction from lead technicians
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Physically able to work in attics, crawlspaces, and on ladders
- Available for full-time work, including Saturdays

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist lead technicians with residential air duct cleaning , dryer vent cleaning, chimney services, and insulation work
- Set up, operate, and break down equipment according to company SOPs
- Help with attic, crawlspace, and ladder-based work as required
- Maintain clean and organized job sites before, during, and after service
- Perform basic equipment checks and assist with daily vehicle organization
- Support job documentation, including photos and service notes as directed
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
