About The Position
Wayman College of Aeronautics is seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and safety minded individuals to join our Line and Facility Services Support team as Aircraft Fuelers. This position is essential to the safe and efficient operation of flight line activities, including aircraft fueling, ramp safety, and general line service support. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and professionalism while supporting students, staff, instructors, and visiting pilots. This role also contributes to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming campus environment.

- Valid driver's license
- Ability to follow safety procedures, fueling protocols, and operational guidelines
- Comfortable performing hands on work in both indoor and outdoor environments
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in aircraft fueling, aviation line service, ramp operations, or facilities maintenance
- Experience driving light/heavy trucks/vans
- Interest in aviation, airport operations, or technical services
Responsibilities
- Safely fuel aircraft in accordance with established fueling procedures, safety protocols, and company policies
- Perform pre fueling and post fueling checks to ensure equipment and aircraft fueling areas are safe and operational
- Operate fueling equipment and tools responsibly while adhering to all safety and environmental guidelines
- Monitor ramp and ramp side activities to maintain a safe, secure, and organized operating environment
- Assist flight operations personnel, instructors, students, and visiting pilots with line service needs as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ramp, fueling areas, and related equipment to support operational readiness
- Report any safety concerns, spills, equipment issues, or hazards to leadership promptly
- Assist with light outdoor maintenance tasks, including general cleanup and upkeep of campus grounds and common areas
- Support basic facility related tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
