As Aircraft Manager you will be responsible for; Review and monitor all open, in-progress, and closed points managed by Technical Shop Floor Support. Ensure every point is analyzed, assigned, and escalated to the appropriate level. Drive timely closure of non-conformities and production blockers. Transfer folios and update SAP when required. Lead and animate Pre-Quality Gates Ensure each station is fully prepared to achieve the greenest Quality Gate possible. Deliver structured and reliable QG reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering field required
  • 2+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, aircraft production, or final assembly environment
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team coordination role within a production environment
  • Experience supporting aircraft final assembly line (FAL), MRO, or large-scale aerospace manufacturing operations
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain)
  • Experience resolving production issues, non-conformities, and driving corrective actions (RCCA / 8D)
  • Strong understanding of industrial performance metrics (safety, quality, cost, delivery)
  • Familiarity with FAA and/or EASA regulatory requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with commercial aircraft programs
  • Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
  • PMP certification
  • Experience working in a unionized manufacturing environment
