About The Position

Torch Technologies is seeking a Airspace Systems Analyst to join a team and provide input and recommendations for mission planning and airspace operations for more advanced and agile command and control architectures. This position requires a highly motivated individual with in-depth knowledge of Army and Joint airspace operations and Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2) Systems supporting largescale combat operations. As an Airspace Systems Analyst your duties will include the following, but are not limited to: Must be able to process complex system requirements and develop action items to move the missions forward with all responsible parties. Demonstrate enhanced decision-making to support NGC2 initiatives and technology integration for a more unified C2 framework. Responsible for stakeholder management, including interfacing with senior leaders, engineers, developers, and mission ops within the government and across industry partners. Provide expert knowledge and guidance for wargames and both technology experiments and demonstrations. Will review engineering designs and plans, use cases, and advanced open systems architecture. Develops and ensures all technical and requirements documentation is well maintained using good data management principles. Accountable to risk management and mitigation related to systems integration, interoperability, cost, schedule and performance. Must provide input to multiple master schedules. Supports Test and Evaluation for specific test events; this includes developing test plans, evaluation criteria and test results.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Active secret clearance is required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within a DoD/Army Acquisition Project Office
  • Exceptional technical writing and verbal communication abilities
  • Technical familiarity with the Joint Air Tasking Cycle, Joint C2 systems, and the integration of Joint Fires
  • Detailed understanding of the DOTMLPF-P (Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy)
