The Atlanta Journal-Constitution is proud to offer a paid summer internship for an Archives Intern. This internship provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced, modern newsroom serving audiences across Atlanta, Georgia, and the South. Program Details 12-week program, mid-May through early August 2026 In-office, based in our Midtown office in Atlanta Interns should expect to work the Fourth of July weekend and occasional additional weekends Internships are temporary positions; no full-time employment is guaranteed The AJC Archives Internship is designed for graduate students pursuing a Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS). This internship provides hands-on archival experience within a major modern newsroom and focuses primarily on processing and preserving the AJC’s physical archives. This role is ideal for a student who is passionate about archival work, preservation and the stewardship of journalistic history.
