Requirements

A strong programming skills in languages such as Python, SQL, etc.
Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Experience with cross-functional collaboration and partnership with data engineers, product managers, and business leaders
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to translate technical designs into business requirements
Programming: Python - suchas but not limited to : pandas, scikitâlearn, PyTorch/TensorFlow
ML Frameworks suchas but not limited to : experience training, evaluating, and tuning models
Software experience or engineering : suchas but not limited to Git, unit testing, CI/CD basics, Docker containers
Some knowledge of Data Science or Engineering Fundamentals
2-5â¯years of professional experience building or deploying AI/ML solutions (consulting, startup, or large enterprise)

Nice To Haves

Background in a relevant domain (finance, supply chain, marketing, etc.) is a plus but not required
Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow)
Familiarity with bigâdata platforms (Spark, Snowflake, BigQuery)
Exposure to explainable AI techniques (SHAP, LIME)
Prior exposure to clientâfacing or embedded roles such as but not limited to consulting projects, onâsite engineering, crossâfunctional product teams is highly valued
Prior work in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, aerospace)
Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or relevant field.
SQL: Strong queryâwriting & dataâwrangling
Excellent written & verbal communication; can explain technical concepts to senior business leaders
Strong stakeholderâmanagement instincts; comfortable navigating matrixed organizations

Responsibilities

Building, testing, and deploying end-to-end AI/ML models, pipelines, and API services in the customer's production environment using Python, SQL, etc.
Monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuously optimizing deployed solutions to meet performance-SLA and business KPIs
Serving as the primary technical point of contact for the assigned function and act as the LAIC consulting liaison; translating business requirements into concrete technical designs and articulate model behavior to non-technical audiences
Partnering with data engineers, product managers, and business leaders to integrate AI/ML work into existing workflows and data infrastructure
Conducting rapid assessments for current and future opportunities
Quickly pivoting to new priorities, evolving requirements, or emerging data sources while maintaining delivery cadence
